Jeffrey Kalinsky opened his first namesake store on 14th Street in 1998. The mini-department store, carries in its minimalist white aisles void of overeager sales assistants, every luxury label in the book: older names like YSL, Gucci, Prada and Dolce & Gabbana; newer stars like Christopher Kane, Libertine, Dsquared and Off White, and everything in between. The store’s centrepiece is its shoe salon, offering lust-worthy shoes from Jimmy Choo, Manolo Blahnik, Christian Louboutin and more. But what really takes the experience to the next level is the store DJ who spins everything from 80s rock to Indie pop.
