The Mohawk General Store in LA brings together a fantastic mix of fashion, furniture and culture with an impeccable selection of offerings curated from both local designers and designers all over the world. On its shelves is an excellent selection of clothing, accessories, shoes, jewellery, beauty products and home decor. Kevin and Bo Carney are the husband and wife duo behind the multi-brand retailer which opened its doors on 4011 W Sunset Blvd in 2008. The store carries around 300 brands, including names like Sophie Buhai, Isabel Marant, Jacquemus, Issey Miyake, and Commes des Garcons, as well as its house brand, SMOCK. But it’s more than just a place to shop; it’s also a great hangout space with its massive cactus garden that hosts launch parties, screenings and more.
